About the Role

This dynamic position requires a highly motivated individual who can effectively communicate the benefits of our innovative Fiber Optic Internet, Fiber TV, Cloud Based Phone Systems, Cybersecurity, and Managed IT Services to new and existing customers. You will be responsible for generating new leads, developing robust customer relationships, and ensuring unwavering satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate excellence in all aspects of business-to-business sales development.
  • Consistently drive the organization to exceed sales and revenue targets for the business sales division.
  • Actively prospect and generate leads for new business sales opportunities in the assigned network area.
  • Present and promote ALLO's fiber services to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience driving business growth in an outside business-to-business sales environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using sales CRM software and other sales tools.
