Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations, pharmacy standards, and organizational policies.
- Prepare and dispense prescription medications while maintaining accurate records, managing third-party billing, and overseeing inventory.
- Provide counsel to patients and healthcare providers on medication usage, dosages, potential interactions, and side effects, while monitoring patient health to ensure compliance and optimize treatment.
- Engage in patient-centered services, including immunizations, medication therapy management, and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Current Pharmacist license in New York State.
- Certification in Immunization.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Compensation: $67/hr-$70/hr Est (Potential for higher salary)
