Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to industry standards and company policies.
  • Receive and inspect tires, ensuring they are at a workable height and suitable for retreading.
  • Perform visual quality assurance on tires, applying patches where necessary to ensure optimal performance.
  • Paint and stack tires with mechanical assistance, utilizing company-provided equipment and tools.
  • Clean up and buff off excess rubber on finished tires, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Use hand tools and equipment, including Envelope Tires, to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Add repair information to work orders, maintaining accurate records and communication with colleagues.
  • Load and unload tires in the chamber, following safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the team's success.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and making decisions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 150 pounds occasionally, with proper lifting techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to read and verify work order information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
