Job Summary

Bilfinger is seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team. As an Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for applying insulation materials to pipes, ductwork, and other mechanical systems to control and maintain temperatures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply insulation materials to pipes, ductwork, and other mechanical systems
  • Measure and cut insulation for covering surfaces
  • Fitting insulation around obstructions and shaping insulating material as required
  • Determine the amounts and types of insulation needed and methods of insulation
  • Install sheet metal around insulated pipes to protect insulation from weather conditions or physical damage
  • Apply, remove, and repair insulation on industrial equipment, pipes, ductwork, or other mechanical systems
Requirements
  • Willingness to work with other crew members to accomplish tasks
  • Responsible for cleaning work area - removing debris and materials
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervision
