Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with their service requirements, including general inquiries, account modifications, transactions, and documentation

  • Accurately prepare and submit client documentation and financial transactions
  • Handle and process paperwork for new business accurately, including mutual funds, annuities, and life insurance products
  • Address and rectify paperwork that is not in good order
  • Notify the financial advisor of any significant client concerns
  • Stay informed about industry and company regulations
  • Participate in virtual branch operations meetings

Qualifications:

  • Series 7 registration is mandatory
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in financial services and possession of FINRA Series 7 registration
  • Prior customer service experience is essential
  • Ability to cultivate strong client relationships

Technological Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with Redtail CRM, Albridge, DocuSign, Morningstar, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with various investment and insurance company platforms
