Executive Chef Manager

Morrison Living seeks an experienced Culinary Operations Director to lead our kitchen team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. With a passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to safety, you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, with a focus on high-volume, complex foodservice operations. You will be expected to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily culinary production in preparation and production of meals, food quality and presentation, compliance with all safety and sanitation standards and regulation, team member productivity and performance, cost controls and overall profitability.
- Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays.
- Provide direction on menu development based on product availability; creates distinctive specials that incorporate seasonal or special ingredients.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
