Key Responsibilities:
- Provide empathetic and effective legal representation for plaintiffs in personal injury matters.
- Oversee all stages of the litigation process, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeals.
- Conduct in-depth investigations to evaluate potential legal claims and formulate strategies for their prosecution or defense.
- Draft and prepare essential legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Negotiate settlements aimed at achieving optimal compensation for clients.
- Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and engaging in cross-examinations.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
- Active membership in good standing with the State Bar.

- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and colleagues.
