Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team at Automotive Dynamics Corp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation and a passion for helping clients navigate the complex legal system.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle personal injury case files from start to finish, including evaluating potential claims and providing legal advice to clients.
  • Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents.
  • Research case law and gather evidence relevant to the case, including insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and expert witness testimony.
  • Communicate with clients, insurance company adjusters, and other stakeholders to gather information and negotiate settlements.
  • Represent clients at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and other litigation proceedings.
  • Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
  • Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas.
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to draft and modify complex legal documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
