  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
  • Conduct depositions and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
Key Skill Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience as a personal injury litigator
  • Capability to handle numerous cases independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent courtroom presence and litigation skills
  • In-depth understanding of the personal injury legal process and relevant laws, with strong research and legal writing ability
Preferred Skills:
  • High-volume personal injury caseload
  • Trial experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish
