Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Reading Truck. As a key member of our production team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and distribute information packets for production schedules daily
  • Run Plan For Every Part (PFEP) on every Engineered Body for part availability
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement Project Teams to contribute to process improvement
  • Verify work orders and follow up on past due bodies
  • Enter and process missing parts via Expedite List
  • Order Kanban items as needed
  • Adhere to facility safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Zero to two years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve production, quality, or data challenges
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Charting functions
  • Detail-oriented with a drive to spot data sync problems and resourcefulness to find resolutions
  • Collaboration skills to develop and maintain partnerships to address internal production or quality problems
