Compensation:

$60,000 - $165,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with new clients to discover their property needs and wants
  • Work with established clients to address their changing needs and wants
  • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers
  • Guide 12 to 25 clients through the home purchase process each year
  • Provide exceptional service and real estate experience to clients
Qualifications:
  • Must have a current North Carolina Real Estate License (SC License a plus)
  • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
