Job Overview

Working Hours: Available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday hours from 9:00 am to Noon.

Position Summary: Responsible for executing a variety of tasks associated with the processing and administration of commercial loans, while also providing support for consumer and real estate loans as necessary. Proficient in utilizing various software applications including LaserPro Lending, MortgageBot Lending, Phoenix Core processor, Z-Tax Monitoring, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address inquiries from Commercial Lenders, Administrative Assistants, and Consumer and Real Estate Lenders regarding the processing of credit applications.
  • Ensure that loan processing adheres to approval terms, maintaining stringent quality control and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Facilitate loan disbursements by issuing checks or preparing wire transfers.
  • Oversee multiple loan pipelines to maximize production efficiency.
  • Monitor and resolve loan exceptions or secure necessary waivers.
  • Establish collateral files and manage essential documentation.
  • Input collateral information into the Tax Monitoring database for tracking purposes.
  • Coordinate title insurance orders and address any related issues.
  • Generate accurate loan documentation in a timely manner.
  • Support the Director of Loan Operations.
  • Assist in the development of processing procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with various business lines.
  • Engage in training sessions to remain informed on policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in Commercial Loan documentation.
  • Recommended one year of experience in Consumer Loan documentation.
  • One year of experience in residential real estate loans.
  • Underwriting experience is advantageous.
  • Relevant work experience is essential.

Educational Background:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Some college education is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in LaserPro, MortgageBot LOS, and other pertinent banking software.
  • Familiarity with TRID regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive loan documents and customer information.
  • Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach.
  • Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective conflict resolution abilities.

Physical Demands:

The role requires talking, sitting, standing, and walking. Some light physical exertion may be necessary, including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal travel is required, primarily local, with occasional evening and weekend commitments.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment.
