Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Services Representative to join our team at Cascade Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a positive image of the credit union.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process member transactions, including transfers, loan payments, and check withdrawals
  • Troubleshoot member problems and provide solutions
  • Record and post night deposits, place stop payments, and order checks
  • Buy and sell cash from the vault, redeem US Savings Bonds, and perform miscellaneous filing tasks
  • Keep the lobby stocked and clean, post incoming mail, and balance cash drawers
  • Open and close the branch, including turning on lights, unlocking the vault, and preparing money orders
  • Greet members pleasantly and professionally, direct them to the appropriate place or person, and cross-sell services to meet member needs
  • Promote and maintain a positive image of the credit union, maintain knowledge of all regulations and CFCU's policies and procedures, and answer overflow telephone calls
  • Assist with new account opening and maintain ongoing communication with supervisor
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED)
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
