About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hospitalist Physician to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, Washington. As a Hospitalist Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive inpatient care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions
- Collaborate with our ICU, ER, and subspecialist teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and safety
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient experience
- Unrestricted WA State Medical License
- Current WA DEA certificate
- Board Certified Internal Medicine
- EMR proficient
- Proven positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Proven self-starter with ability to practice with a high degree of independence
- Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
- 1+ years of experience
- Managed Care and Medi-Cal experience
