About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled and dedicated Physician - Hospitalist to join our dynamic team at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, Washington. As a key member of our Hospitalist team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the development of evidence-based medicine.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care as a Hospitalist, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of hospital-wide initiatives to improve patient safety and quality of care.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our Hospitalist team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in hospital medicine.
- Unrestricted WA State Medical License
- Current WA DEA certificate
- Board Certified Internal Medicine
- EMR proficient
- Proven positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Proven self-starter with ability to practice with a high degree of independence
- Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both shifts on a full-time basis
- 1+ years of experience
- Managed Care and Medi-Cal experience
