Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Financial Advisor team in developing and implementing client service models to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients on non-administrative requests and needs, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Assist with client meetings to discuss investment strategies, account performance, new products, and market developments.
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction, tracking client actions and activities to ensure the highest level of service.
  • Collaborate with specialists and partners to address client needs and resolve escalations.
  • Manage aspects of the client relationship process, including client onboarding and resolving client issues.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring the team's client book segmentation strategy.

Requirements:

  • Either Series 7 and 66 licenses or Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
  • SAFE ACT Registration.
  • Individuals in this role must maintain a Form ADV-2B, which provides clients with details on their experience and educational background.
  • Maintain at least one firm-approved designation.
  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to lead through collaboration and influence without direct authority.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the suite of Wealth Management products and services.
  • Proven ability to manage risk and support sound decisions.
  • Ability to research escalated client issues for response and resolution.

Education:

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Work Environment:

This role is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements and is a 1st shift position with 40 hours per week.
