Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide services for school-age students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working with students with varying needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect services to students in a school setting
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and other educational professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address students' communication needs
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educational staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
- Active or pending state SLPA license
- Previous school experience and IEP exposure is preferred, but not required
