Staffing Sales Consultant Job Description
Randstad USA, a world leader in talent solutions, seeks a highly skilled Staffing Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Staffing Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in identifying client prospects and developing strong relationships with hiring managers to sell Operational Talent Solutions.
We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 per year, plus a bonus plan that rewards high-performing sales consultants. You will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days per week in the office and flexible remote work arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of sales and business development experience, a strong history of success in previous roles, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced organization is a must.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying client prospects in need of temporary and/or direct hire workforce services & solutions
- Developing strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, and in-person meetings
- Executing activities that will gain results, including outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings
- Negotiating pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
- Expanding our reach with a tech and personal touch approach
