Role Responsibilities:

  • Developing internal customer profiles in CargoWise to ensure all departments have access to detailed customer information.
  • Utilizing sound judgment to assist clients in selecting the most appropriate logistics solutions.
  • Providing accurate quotations to clients as necessary.
  • Coordinating with clients and various departments to facilitate seamless freight movement, including providing tracking information and shipment updates.
  • Engaging with clients via phone or email to foster strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Addressing any special requests from clients promptly.
  • Sending new shipment bookings to clients efficiently.
  • Validating and confirming all ocean and air shipment bookings from origin to destination to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Managing daily communications via email and phone from clients and other departments regarding respective accounts.
  • Directing client inquiries to the appropriate department as required.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Experience with CargoWise is advantageous.

Education & Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience with high-volume data entry is essential.

Compensation:

Annual salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000, depending on education and experience.
