- Collaborate with the wound NP/MD to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Document resident wound progress and maintain accurate records, adhering to facility policies and protocols.
- Participate in weekly rounding and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives.
- Current RN licensure and long-term care experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
