Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and presenting clinical data within your designated area. Your role will ensure the precision, promptness, and availability of critical information. You will maintain clinical and research databases for specific programs and specialty clinics, collecting data for various applications, including process enhancement and clinical effectiveness studies. Additionally, you may prepare educational materials for patients and families and engage in community outreach initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Education:
    A Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Preferred Experience:
    Minimum of 2 years in clinical research, including retrospective data collection and patient interaction across diverse settings.
  • Compliance:
    Experience ensuring adherence to research regulations.

Skills and Knowledge:
Familiarity with Federal and State regulations, as well as International Guidelines pertaining to Good Clinical Practices in clinical research. You should possess the ability to interpret various forms of data and instructions, whether written, oral, or diagrammatic. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members, supervisors, patients, and other healthcare personnel.

Additionally, well-developed time management and organizational skills are crucial, enabling you to prioritize tasks and work within established policies and procedures to meet objectives and deadlines. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), is also required.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a standard workweek of 40 hours. The schedule includes weekdays with no weekend requirements.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $42.08 to $63.13 per hour, with potential variations based on location and individual qualifications. This range has not been adjusted for geographic differentials. Compensation considers various factors, including experience, education, skills, licensure, and organizational needs. Base pay is part of a comprehensive rewards program that includes a robust benefits package.
