This is a stable and critical role that requires strong project management experience in a construction or restoration background.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all assigned contracts are completed on time and within budget.
  • Optimize labor costs through ongoing oversight and planning with subcontractors and carpenters.
  • Manage job progress within project management software.
  • Communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a reliable subcontractor base.
  • Attend pre-construction meetings and coordinate the movement of materials and personnel.
  • Ensure all expenditures are supported by approved purchase orders.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
