We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Service Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls International plc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex electrical systems, including fire alarm and life safety systems.
  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in fire protection and life safety systems.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of documented experience in low voltage electrical systems, including fire alarm and life safety systems.
  • Valid Fire Alarm License.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NICET Level II certification.
