We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Service Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls International plc. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers' facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex fire alarm systems and other related building system products
  • Service and troubleshoot electronic fire alarm systems, including SimplexGrinnell
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and operational manuals
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills and communicate effectively with customers and district staff
  • Participate in on-call rotations and help train or mentor others on the service team
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of documented experience in low voltage electrical systems, including Fire/Life Safety systems
  • NICET Level II certification
  • Valid Fire Alarm License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and perform physical labor
