Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a full-time employee for the school year in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to help students improve their communication skills and achieve academic success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support to students with speech and language disorders.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure students are meeting their goals.
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and therapy sessions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting.
  • Active or pending Texas SLP license.
  • Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school-based therapy is preferred.
  • Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services.
