Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Laredo, TX. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group speech therapy sessions to students with varying speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology and incorporate new techniques into your practice

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Texas state licensure as an SLP
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school setting, preferably with students with varying speech and language disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
