As a member of our nursing team, you will engage in collaborative practices that enhance your skills and knowledge in various medical fields, including cardiac, telemetry, neurology, sepsis, and surgical care.

Responsibilities
$5,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates
Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse or Physician, the Licensed Practical Nurse plays a crucial role in our healthcare team, contributing to patient care through effective communication, professionalism, and teamwork.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care for designated patient populations and their families.
+ Delivering fundamental nursing care by adhering to established protocols and procedures.
+ Collecting patient information, including vital signs, and observing patient behavior to report findings accurately.
+ Administering injections, conducting routine tests, treating wounds, and changing dressings as needed.
+ Maintaining patient records using standardized medical documentation practices.
Qualifications
+ Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program is required.
+ A current and valid Nebraska Licensed Practical Nurse license is mandatory.
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association is essential.
Pay Range
$28.35/hour
