Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in gear assembly and manufacturing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to walk, stand, climb, lift up to 50 pounds, see, hear, and use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
  • Mathematical skills, with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
