  • Troubleshoot complex network and system issues, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor active network and server infrastructure, identifying potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Manage 3rd party software integration, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches, protecting sensitive data and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures, ensuring business continuity in the event of a disaster.
  • Document all technical procedures and user guides, providing clear and concise instructions for team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage all aspects of the hardware, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a network or systems administrator, with a strong understanding of TCP/IP and data protocols.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
