Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will be eligible for an annual quality bonus with a target of $20,000, as well as comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching, executive savings plan, and UHG Employee Stock Purchase Program.

About the Job:

">

You will be working as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with our WellMed Medical Group team. This role involves seeing patients, conducting exams, diagnosing conditions, and providing treatment plans. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our primary care physicians, hospitalists, and network of employed/contracted sub-specialists.

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Additionally, you must have current licensure through the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners or Licensed Physician Assistant by the Texas State Medical Board, as well as valid DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment. At least one year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is also required.
