We are seeking ambitious achievers and experienced leaders to join our Store Operations team at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands.

**Job Overview**
$50,000 - $70,000 per year
As a member of our Store Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing an outstanding experience for our customers. Your role may include leading store operations, managing teams, and driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities**
* Lead store operations and manage teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
* Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize performance

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
* Proven leadership skills and experience in customer-facing roles
