Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you must possess a Property/Casualty Producer License, a minimum of 2 years' experience in personal lines insurance, and a thorough understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and state laws. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong client relationships are essential.
