Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students in K-12 settings, providing individualized speech therapy services to support their communication and language development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Provide speech therapy services to students in K-12 settings, including one-on-one and group sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, making data-driven decisions to inform instruction
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology, attending professional development opportunities and staying current with industry research

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Texas SLP license
  • 2+ years of experience working in schools, preferably with K-12 populations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
