About the Job:

Our company, Ventura MedStaff, is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to fill a travel allied job in a dynamic setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and contribute to their communication and swallowing disorders treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' communication and swallowing skills
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify patients' needs and develop goals
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing disorders

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
