Sales and Wellness Consultant

At Massage Envy, we're committed to delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests. As a Sales and Wellness Advisor, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing questions and concerns.
- Promote the value of total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and encouraging home-care retail purchases.
- Drive member retention through outreach via phone and email to current members.
- Uphold the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
- Must be willing to educate our customers on the benefits of our Wellness Program and achieve sales goals.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must provide an excellent therapeutic experience to all customers.
