Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with our team to review and analyze eligibility appeals, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and policies.


• Utilize your expertise in public policy to interpret and execute laws and regulations.


• Develop and maintain cohesive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.


• Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, exercising sound judgment and excellent organizational skills.


• Leverage your writing and communication skills to produce high-quality reports and recommendations.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.


• Juris Doctor from an accredited college or university.


• Active License to practice law in Tennessee.


• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to interpret and execute public policy.


• Ability to interface with multiple computer systems and applications.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Knowledge of and experience with eligibility appeals procedures.


• Previous legal review experience.
