Store Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in our stores. As a Store Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing store operations, and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve sales performance.
Collaborate with the district manager and regional vice president to achieve sales targets and implement company initiatives.
Requirements
3+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
