Job Title: Staff Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Staff Systems Engineer to lead the Assembly Integration and Test (AI&T) effort for a production Space RADAR Payload program. This position is on-site in a program SCIF in Linthicum and Baltimore (BWI), Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the AI&T effort for the production Space RADAR Payload program
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team
  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM with 14 years of relevant experience or Master's degree in STEM with 12 years
  • RADAR Integration and Test experience
  • People leadership experience, including planning, scheduling, and execution, staffing, setting expectations, tasking, and measuring and reporting progress
Preferred Skills:
  • Space systems experience
  • Space Payload Integration and Test Experience
  • Electronically Scanned Array (ESA) Antenna experience
  • Cost Account Management experience
