Job Summary:

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly experienced Senior Staff Systems Engineering and Integration Lead to join our team in Linthicum, MD or Annapolis Junction, MD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing the execution of the overall systems engineering, integration, and test (SEIT) effort on the program.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute the core functions and ensure the project team has qualified staff to execute the program core functions.
Plan, execute, and close out program reviews (e.g., SRR, SFR, SDR, PDR, CDR, SVR, TRR, peer reviews, Pre-test reviews, Post Test Reviews, Pre-Ship reviews, Etc.).
Ensure system technical compliance with the program Statement of Work (SOW) and system requirements.
Manage the vertical and horizontal technical integration throughout the product teams and program life cycle.
Oversee configuration management of the overall Program Baseline.
Serve as the Logistics and Supportability Interface ensuring that all applicable specialty engineering disciplines horizontally integrate across applicable phases of the program lifecycle.
Collect, manage, and report the program metrics and Technical Performance Measures (TPMs).
Manage risk and opportunity and the production of core engineering work products and track the work products and associated program dependencies in the program schedule.
Oversee the establishment and execution of the program lifecycle and work products.
Support the transition of the project to the operations, maintenance, and sustainment stakeholders.
Coordinate between the System Architect, Chief Engineer, Product Team Lead(s), program manager, and customer to ensure the integrity and executability of the program technical baseline.
Align measurement objectives and activities to meet program performance goals and objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 14 years of experience, a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 12 years of experience or a PhD in a STEM discipline with 9 years of experience.
Knowledge of ASIC product life cycle.
Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (SysML).
Demonstrated Requirements Management from Elicitation to Verification.
Demonstrated Backlog Planning and Management.
Risk and Opportunity Management experience.
Experience leading technical teams.
Experience in systems development, integration, and test.
Demonstrated great communication skills.
Current active DoD TS/SCI with poly security clearance per business requirements.
This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in STEM or technical management.
Understanding of DoD systems engineering requirements (UAF).
Multi-Disciplinary Engineering exposure (Software, Hardware, Electrical) and strong ability to communicate cross functionally.
Experience working with CAMEO.

Salary Range:
$174,800 - $274,700
