• Active Public Trust or eligibility for DoD Secret clearance for Top Secret
• Extensive experience in Application Development utilizing SharePoint
• Minimum of 6 years in SharePoint web development and design
• Proficient in C# and .NET development, essential for this position
• Experience with relational databases, particularly SQL Server, for application development and data management
• Skilled in creating and deploying custom web parts, features, and applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Office 365, PowerApps, and Power Automate
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint frameworks and WSS (2.0 and 3.0), both on-premises and in Office 365
• Experience in designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining database schemas and server-side applications

• Expertise in customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows using SharePoint Designer and other tools
• Proficient in programming with SharePoint Server and SharePoint Content database

• Extensive experience with web development languages including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding and experience with 508 compliance
• Capable of acting as a business analyst to gather requirements for improved reporting and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for enhancement
• Willingness to pursue Scrum Master certification post-hire
• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Provide database administration and SQL programming support to optimize reports and queries for government clients
• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of database schemas and server-side applications
• Support record management and archive management systems
• Demonstrate professional experience in analytical roles, working with relational databases including Microsoft SQL Server for application development and data support
• Define a consistent UI design framework; create storyboards, wireframes, user journeys, low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups, and visual prototypes
• Develop and maintain performance tuning strategies, including performance metrics and regular testing
• Transform approved designs into high-quality, launch-ready, 508 compliant websites that prioritize user-centric designs
• Build responsive websites that meet modern standards
• Facilitate the integration of SharePoint with other enterprise systems and third-party applications
