Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Simulation Engineer - Medical Device Specialist to join our team. This role will involve designing and developing medical simulators using industrial design, special effects, additive manufacturing, engineering, and robotics techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop medical simulators using 3D scanning, 3D printing, physical and digital modeling, life casting, hydrogels, silicones, and other anatomic substitutes.
  • Liaise with surgical skills center and medical simulation center to profile needed task trainers and surgical simulators.
  • Assist in development of platforms using 3D assets for extended reality including AR/VR/MR and high-fidelity simulations models.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Entertainment Technology, Special Effects, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or closely related field with 5 years of related work experience or Bachelor's degree with 7 years of related work experience required.
  • Effective communication skills, both orally and written.
  • Project management experience preferred.

Benefits and Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary of $94,764.80 - $142,147.20 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
