Job Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in post-acute care facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Providing expert nursing care and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborating with residents, families, and medical staff to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Supervising and training nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • A diploma from an approved nursing program.
  • At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse or in a related role.
  • Excellent organizational and supervisory skills.
