Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team at Rydal Park. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments to develop individualized care plans
- Initiate and supervise resident care, ensuring a safe and healthy environment
- Develop and coordinate assignments with care partners to ensure resident satisfaction
- Collaborate with the care team to provide exceptional care and support
- Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, or post-acute care preferred
