Nurse Practitioner

Wyndmoor Hills Health Care & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our residents and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:

* Provide nursing care within your scope of practice
* Perform appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients
* Work cooperatively with healthcare team members to maintain established standards of care
* Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Must have an active Certification as an LPN
* Experience preferred, not required
