The Sales Account Executive is tasked with enhancing sales and ensuring product availability, with a focus on execution and visual merchandising. This role is accountable for both customer retention and market penetration across various customer formats, including some on-premise accounts.
Support our renowned brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other favorites in retail locations within the designated territory.
ScheduleFull-time; Monday to Friday; 1st shift (starting at 6:00 am)
Position Responsibilities
- Promote Keurig Dr Pepper brands to drive brand growth, market share, and distribution, while achieving specific volume targets.
- Engage with key stakeholders in assigned accounts to pre-sell products, promotions, displays, and point-of-sale materials, as well as beverage section renovations.
- Develop and execute strategies for beverage shelf re-allocations aimed at maximizing sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
- Participate in the setup of revamped beverage sections, displays, and the placement of POS materials in accordance with company merchandising standards.
- Stock and arrange Keurig Dr Pepper products in the designated beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.
- Assist in the sale, placement, and transition of vendors in chain store accounts; regularly check for proper operation, cleanliness, selection, and product availability.
- Maintain precise sales records for all assigned accounts, including detailed reports on promotional activities, competitive sales, and space allocations.- Ensure adequate back stock in each account to guarantee product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a retail setting or a sales role with responsibility for sales targets/up-selling.
- Capability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds consistently.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
