Our Product Development team uses design thinking and user experience methods to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced engineer to join our team as a Bearing Component Design Release Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and release bearings and bushing component designs for new axle and transmission programs
  • Verify sizing and duty cycle usage for new programs
  • Support market testing and sourcing with the purchasing team
  • Lead the development of robustness improvement actions for existing in-production axle and transmission programs
  • Identify and resolve quality and warranty issues and develop TVM actions for bearings and bushings

Requirements:

  • BS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent engineering degree
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects
  • Self-starter capable of establishing processes and delivering results
  • Team player able to work well across functions
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
