Position Overview
As a key member of the logistics team, the Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor will report directly to the Warehouse Manager. This role is pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of the finished goods warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling of warehouse teams and manage all outbound shipping and storage activities.
- Ensure precise inventory management and effective stock rotation within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with other logistics departments to optimize scheduling and shipping processes.
- Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on their designated tasks.
- Perform routine warehouse operations to meet daily demands.
- Assist the Logistics Manager in developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Actively participate in the global logistics team, contributing to the enhancement of standardized warehouse processes.

Subject Matter Expertise
- Represent the North American region in global Warehouse Management System (WMS) initiatives, supporting system planning, testing, and ongoing improvements.
- Serve as the regional Key User for the finished goods WMS.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, including team scheduling and task coordination.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and processes.
- Valid forklift operator license is mandatory.
- Experience with WMS systems is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 20 lbs independently, with occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs.
- Must be able to engage in repetitive motions and tolerate various odors from materials.
- Adequate vision to read instructions and detect material imperfections is required.
