Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Document Imaging Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prepping, scanning, indexing, and organizing client records while ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity of the imaging process.
Job DescriptionThe Document Imaging Specialist will be part of a team environment with shared responsibilities on a quality-focused, fast-paced production line. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing data entry tasks to input and maintain records in electronic systems.
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files.
- Preparing and scanning documents for processing.
- Quality-checking each batch to ensure all pages are captured, quality meets or exceeds original documents, and indexing files according to client requests.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
