TETRA Technologies, Inc. is a leading industrial and oil and gas products and services company, focused on completion fluids, calcium chloride, water management solutions, frac flowback and production well testing services.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Plant Equipment: Under general supervision, operates in all areas of the plant, receiving direction from the Lead Operator on routine operations and close direction on non-routine operations.
- Conduct Analytical Tests: Performs basic analytical tests, including pH, density, and alkalinity, to ensure the quality of products.
- Load and Unload Materials: Loads and unloads trucks, rail cars, and other equipment, ensuring correct connections to storage tanks and proper weight of loaded vehicles.
- Maintain Plant Housekeeping: Maintains plant housekeeping, including cleaning and organizing work areas, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Ensure Safety: Recognizes and addresses unsafe actions or conditions to ensure the personal safety of fellow employees and to protect plant facilities.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Experience: 1+ years related plant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License, Vocational training preferred.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office 2007 or greater proficiency.
