Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Closing Manager to join our team. As a Closing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees during the closing shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of employees during the closing shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage the closing process, including counting cash, balancing the register, and securing the restaurant.
  • Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other managers and employees to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
